You have seen the videos, heard the horror stories, and maybe even know someone that does CrossFit or other group functional training and have thought to yourself, "THERE IS NO WAY I CAN DO THAT!"

I hear this all the time! Whether I am at an event with a booth set up displaying our info or meeting someone for the first time and they ask what I do, it doesn't matter, if they have never tried anything like what we do, their mind goes to the thought "I can never do that!"

The truth of the matter is, YOU CAN DO THIS! I know this because I have seen it and heard it numerous times!

We offer a Free Trial week for a few reasons.

  1. Our workouts are different every day and we wouldn't want you to define us by 1 workout.
  2. We offer 2 programs and encourage you to try both to see which one fits you best.
  3. We wouldn't want you to sign up for something without knowing what it is.
  4. We want you to see that YOU CAN DO IT!

One of the joys for us in the new year and with the new building is a lot of new people have come in to give us a try. An overwhelming number of these people have made the comment of, "I was always intimidated and never thought I could do this!"

Well guess what, they are doing it and they are doing great! We can't wait to see their changes in health, mindset, appearance, and energy after a few months of consistently working out and giving their all.

There is nothing to be scared of with our programs. Every workout and every movement is designed to have the ability to modify to meet the needs and any individual. Each of our programs are set up to challenge the most elite athletes to the everyday mom and dad who are just wanting to move and be healthy for their family.
