Expect to spend an hour at our gym. Most of all, your first visit is a great way to determine if our gym is a good fit for you.
Those new to CrossFit will be required to attend 4 sessions of our Foundations Course over their first two months. This course will allow you to work with one of our coaches to gain a better understanding of the movements commonly found in class.
